# Issue Exemptions

To be effective, you don't want email threat issues created for certain scenarios you trust and know aren't malicious. Instead of working through these issues one by one, prevent issue creation entirely for these scenarios using [Trusted Entities](/getting-started/fundamentals/detect/trusted-entities.md).
