# Admin Role FAQ

#### Why can’t I access the content of *all* messages within Material? <a href="#h-why-cant-i-access-the-content-of-object-object-messages-within-material" id="h-why-cant-i-access-the-content-of-object-object-messages-within-material"></a>

Only a Content Admin can view the content of all messages within Material. Refer to the [Permission Matrices](/learn-more/administration/admin-roles/permissions-matrices.md#messages) for further information.

#### Why can’t I access the content of *suspicious* messages within Material? <a href="#h-why-cant-i-access-the-content-of-object-object-messages-within-material" id="h-why-cant-i-access-the-content-of-object-object-messages-within-material"></a>

Only Super Admins, Triage Admins, and Content Admins can view the content of messages that have been reported as suspicious. Refer to the [Permission Matrices](/learn-more/administration/admin-roles/permissions-matrices.md#messages) for further information.

#### Why can’t I add or remove Content Admin privileges within Material? <a href="#h-why-cant-i-add-or-remove-content-admin-privileges-within-material" id="h-why-cant-i-add-or-remove-content-admin-privileges-within-material"></a>
