Group and Account Customization

Some Global settings can be customized even further for individual groups and accounts.

Custom Logo and Team Name

You can customize how your organization appears in end-user communication for the accounts in the selected group(s), or even for specific accounts.

  1. From the left navigation, click Explorer.

  2. Click Groups or Accounts.

  3. Check the row for a group, then from the bottom toolbar click Edit Account/Group Settings.

  4. Click Organization Profile.

  5. Under Logo, select Set custom logo then upload your image (1 mb max, 50px x 150px for standard, 100px x 300px for retina).

  6. Under Team Name, select Set custom Team Name then enter a name.

  7. Click Save.

Enable or Disable Message and File Syncing per Account/Group

By default, accounts and groups inherit the Global syncing setting configured during deployment. To enable or disable separately for an individual account or group:

  1. From the workspace, click Explorer.

  2. Click Accounts or Groups.

  3. Open an account or group, then click the Settings tab.

  4. Under Syncing, select Override for the setting you want to change, then toggle the option off and save.

To bulk update settings, select multiple accounts/groups then from the bottom toolbar, click Edit Settings:

Enable Email Threat Protection per Account/Group

Once you enable Email Threat Protection, it's enabled globally across all tenants. However, you can also disable it for specific groups and users while maintaining the global enablement.

  1. As a super admin, log in to your Material instance. If you're already logged in, navigate to the Workspace.

  2. Click Explorer

  3. Choose Accounts to disable for specific users, or Groups to disable for a group of users.

  4. Check the boxes for the accounts or groups you want to disable, then click Edit Settings.

  5. Under Email Threat Remediation, select Override Email Threat Remediation, then toggle it Off.
