Why can’t I access the content of all messages within Material?

Only a Content Admin can view the content of all messages within Material. Refer to the Permission Matrices for further information.

Why can’t I access the content of suspicious messages within Material?

Only Super Admins, Triage Admins, and Content Admins can view the content of messages that have been reported as suspicious. Refer to the Permission Matrices for further information.

Why can’t I add or remove Content Admin privileges within Material?
